Holman Motors Inc. has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Departmen Assistant / Cashier / Receptionist.  This position will assist with a variety of routine clerical, reception and office support functions.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately and efficiently enter client information into company database
Review, scan, sort, file, and upload files.
Performs varied and basic typing, clerical functions.
Operate a multiple line phone system
Monitor Accounts Receivables and post payments.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor / manager

This is a Full-Time position 5 days a week Schedule will include Saturday hours, but will have another day off during the week.
Necessary Skills & Abilities

Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, cutting equipment, testing tools.
Requires the ability to perform a variety of repairs on all types of recreational vehicle products.
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
This position may require working in extremes in temperature & environment while performing moderately physical activity.
This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays)

Customer Service Advisor 
Our dealership is looking for an individual with exceptional Organizational, Communication, Task Oriented, and Customer Relations capabilities.  We need you to come in and create an environment for our customers that is positive, warm, professional, and effective. The Customer Advisor is responsible for building customer relationships & loyalty, creating service orders that are detailed and complete, and communicating effectively with customers, service technicians, sales, and the Service Manager. This is a great opportunity if you're driven and have above average Organizational, Communication, Task Oriented, Customer Relations, the ability to be energetic, and friendly.
Responsibilities
This position contributes to the daily business and work process flow in our busy service department.  Duties include but are not limited to:

Create and maintain a positive relationship in the Service Center with Customers, Service Employees & Management.
Participate in service meetings for Safety, Technical Updates, and employee communication.
Attend weekly product update meeting with management team.
Customer Service qualities that exceed the norm, and maintain an above average CSI rating through our Manufacturers
Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.
Maintain the Holman Motors Customer Service Philosophy and Standards.

RV Chassis Mechanic (Engine ONLY)

Responsibilities: 

This position is responsible for repairing damage to containers, trailers, and chassis
Repairing tears on the sides of containers
Replacing and repairing engines 
Requirements

1 year of basic welding experience

Job Responsibilities

Keeps demos prepared to show
Pulls cars from inventory when needed
Fills deliveries or demos with gas
Washes cars if needed
Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
Keeps all cars showroom ready
Maintains inventory
Transports cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
Helps perform physical inventory monthly
Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate
